Like the psychological picture game that is sometimes used to determine a person's view point on life, these &Tradition?pendant lights have two completely different looks. At first this hanging light may just appear to be a large white shade with a black top. Although if you squint your eyes just a bit you may see that, "It reminds us of a head with a hat; a cast iron top and a semi transparent glass sphere in the bottom" says the designers of the Mass Light, NORM Architects.
Inspired by big city street lamps from Paris, Barcelona and New York, the Mass Pendant is made of an etched-opal glass shade that is mounted on a brown marble lamp holder. The pendant looks great all by itself, lined up in a row or in a large cluster like chandelier installation.
