Magic Box Int is hoping to emulate the success it enjoyed with Gogos Crazy Bones,as it launches new potential playground craze Kobots next month.
Kobots:Dual Action Game arrives on February 14th and features 48 collectable figurines which attach to unique Kobot bases.The characters are split into six teams,each one with its own colours and characteristics.Each team has a home and away'kit'making a total of 96 Kobots to collect.
A packet of Kobots will contain two figurines,two bases,two stickers,one Krator and a mini game guide for£1.50.
Meanwhile,a bag pack will include two figurines,two based and two stickers for£2.50,while a Starter Pack will be priced at£3.99.This will also include a sticker album explaining the history of Kobots and details of all the teams,characters and games,plus two gaming devices-a Kobotron for practising high and low shots,and a Game Arena for challenging friends.
The launch will be supported with a major investment in TV and online advertising,as well as product sampling.
