Goldman Sachs has announced the investment of around Rs86m ($1.51m) in Orchid Chemicals for 1.05% stake in the company.
The finance bought 742,001 shares for Rs115.79 per share on NSE.
Macquarie Bank and ABN Amro Bank have sold around 366,000 and 355,485 shares respectively for Rs115.71 on NSE.
Orchid Chemicals manufactures API, and manufactures and sells finished dosage forms (formulations) in domestic and export market.
