KOA Speer Electronics, Inc. announced today that it was presented the Arrow Electronics, Inc. Perfect Order Index (POI) award for 2013. KOA Speer received the platinum award for the highest level of performance in the passive electromechanical components category.
Arrow’s POI awards honor suppliers that achieve best-in-class performance by delivering “perfect orders” as measured by Arrow’s eight-point measurement system. Among other criteria, suppliers are measured on orders that are free of defects and delivered at the right time.
