Petition claims the toys are 'unsuitable to be sold alongside Barbie dolls and Disney characters.'
A campaign has launched in the US to remove a line of Breaking Bad action figures from Toys R Us stores.
Susan Meyers has launched the Change.org petition as she believes accessories like a bag of cash or a bundle of the show's iconic blue meth set make the toys 'unsuitable to be sold alongside Barbie dolls and Disney characters'.
The campaign has 1,932 supporters at the time of writing.
'Toys R Us is well known around the world for their vast selection of toys for children of all ages. However their decision to sell a Breaking Bad doll, complete with a detachable sack of cash and a bag of meth, alongside children’s toys is a dangerous deviation from their family friendly values' reads a statement from the petition.
'While the show may be compelling viewing for adults, its violent content and celebration of the drug trade make this collection unsuitable to be sold alongside Barbie dolls and Disney characters.'
The action figures from Mezco toys have a recommended age of 15 and up on its packaging.
