Panasonic Eco Solutions North America has signed an exclusive multi-year solar photovoltaic development agreement with alternative energy company Coronal Management. The two companies aim to develop, build and operate a portfolio of solar PV systems in the US and Puerto Rico.
The agreement highlights Panasonic efforts to bring an end-to-end solution for solar PV projects from 250kW up to 20MW to the commercial, industrial, municipal and small utility sectors, Panasonic says.
The Panasonic and Coronal offering includes financing, development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) for the life-cycle of its installed solar systems.
Coronal develops, finances, builds, operates and maintains solar PV projects for institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations throughout North America.
