Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.'CEO Martin Lee has flied to Frankfurt on October 10,to Sign a stock purchase and transfer agreement with Orion Consult GmbH's CEO Michel Hettinga.As the agreement takes effective,Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.has 51%shares of Ledman Europe GmbH.
Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.mainly sales LED products.Its key members all come from European local senior LED sales elites.As part of Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd.,it will be responsible for LED market expansion in EU.
