Germany-based Zecher said it will inform their trade visitors once again about the latest anilox technologies at LabelExpo Europe 2017.
The company will exhibit the technologies at stand E54 in hall 4. It will meet the customers’ requirements by enhancing the print performance through the innovative SteppedHex engraving technology, which is based on an application of the parameters of 60° engraving.
The SteppedHex engraving will enable to increase the resolution without the loss in volume, enhanced emptying performance, uniform and homogeneous ink-transfer. The cost saving technology will also be compatible for all inking systems.
Zecher head of marketing Anais Rath said: “Label printing is a rising market segment for us, in particular because packaging is increasingly being used as advertising space and thus high quality printing is required.
“We are responding to the increase in the number of customers this year with a larger exhibition stand and are already looking forward to beating our number of visitors from the last LabelExpo.”
The anilox roller manufacturer will add the laser cleaning service in its portfolio. The anilox rollers will be demonstrated at Nilpeter’s stand 7B35/7B39 in the expo.
The ink and varnish residues will be removed by the laser cleaning service from the LaserEcoClean. The cleaner will secure the anilox roller from damages by reducing the ceramic surface’s temperature to the melting point of the material through a low-power laser beam.
Zecher head of applications technology Jörg Rohde said: “After the cleaning process, the pick-up volume of the anilox roller can once again be used to its full extent, and printers benefit from the same uniform inking performance as before.”
