Topps Match Attax has returned for another year of football for the 2014-15 season of the official Barclays Premier League.
The new collection of 450 cards launches this month with a new look and a new game-play format that will see every Match Attax card feature player star ratings and statistics.
Alongside new attack and defense categories, the collection will feature the latest player photos and player values.
"Topps Match Attax is the only official Premier League football trading card game and 1.25 million loyal fans buy over an incredible 490,000 cards each day,” said Rod Pearson, marketing director for Topps.
"With a brand new game format and new subset of cards, we are confident that our fresh new take on the classic trading card game will be an even bigger hit among children this season.”
The new launch will be supported by a comprehensive promotional campaign, including TV commercials, a national newspaper promotion with The Sun and cover-mounting campaigns with Match of the Day, Kick, Dennis & Gnasher and 110%.
Match Attax 2014-15 Starter Packs retail at £3.99 and include a plastic binder, play pitch, mini-mag and five cards, including a Gold Limited Edition player.
Packets of ten cards will retail at £1.00 while multipacks of 50 cards, including a Bronze, Silver or gold Limited Edition, will retail at £5.00.
The collection will be available from September 25th.
