For the fourth time, Adam Smith Conferences is holding the Russian Wood & Timber conference in Moscow from 19 to 21 March 2013. On the first day, the prevailing situation and perspectives on Russian and international timber-sales markets will be looked at, with discussions on the current role of Russia on global timber markets, on demands made in terms of wood products by the most important buying groups, i.e. the building industry, timber house construction and the furniture industry, and on the possibilities of improving profits in the timber industry. The second day will deal with developments in the Russian forestry industry and effects of Russian membership of the WTO. On the third and last day, individual investment projects in the Russian timber industry will be presented.
