It’s reported that Russian Casting and Rolling Complex, a subsidiary of the United Metallurgical Company or OMK has made it in public that it produced over 1.1 million tons of hot-rolled coil stocks in 2012, rising by 4% from a year ago.
In last December, Casting and Rolling Complex generated 93,000 tons of hot-rolled coil stocks, including 17,000 tons of sheet and 32,000 tons of strips.
Among those, OMK CRC delivered 94,000 tons of products to its customers. Total shipments of hot rolled coil, strips and sheets, increasing by 7% y-o-y.
The complex produced 218,000 tons of sheets, 14% more than the 2011 figure, and 257,000 tons of strips, or 19% more compared to 2011.
