Honda Australia Has Started Selling Its New Civic Hatch in The Country

Honda Australia has started selling its new Civic Hatch in the country which will compete in the small hatch market.

The Civic Hatch is offered in two variants, which include the VTi-S and the VTi-L, which are powered by an enhanced 1.8litre four cylinder i-VTEC engine, which generates maximum power of 104kW at 6500rpm and 174Nm of torque at 4300rpm.

According to the carmaker, features of the new hatch include an intelligent multi-information display (i-MID), eco assist system and econ mode, heated power door mirrors with LED turn indicators, LED daytime running lights.

The safety features of the new hatch include anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), hill start assist and vehicle stability assist (VSA) with traction control.

The new Civic also features G-Con technology, tyre deflation warning system and a reversing camera for the VTi-L model.

Civic VTi-S hatch with manual transmission is priced at $24,990, while its automatic transmission variant is offered at $27,290.
