The 2016 January Furniture Show has got off to a flying start as the organisers confirm that three halls are already fully booked.
Just a few months after the resounding success of the 2015 exhibition, halls 1, 4 and 5 at the NEC in Birmingham are now all but full with space still available in halls 2 and 3. Exhibitors include some of the best names in British and international furniture such as Parker Knoll, Skovby, ROM, Buoyant, Westbridge, Lebus, Kingstown, Sherborne, Morris Group, Alstons, Wiemann, Rauch, TCS, Willis & Gambier, Baker Furniture, Libra, Gallery Direct, Stone the Crows and Dar Lighting.
"We're absolutely delighted to announce that the stand space in those halls is already at capacity, especially as we've reintroduced Halls 4 and 5 for this year's show," says Laraine Janes, co-director of the January Furniture Show:
With a near 100% rebooking rate from exhibitors, the show also returns to its late January timeslot - from Sunday 24th to Wednesday 27th January 2016 - and has re-established itself as the must-attend furniture trade event.
"We were thrilled with the support we had - from both exhibitors and visitors - for our first ever January Furniture Show, but to already have so much backing for next year's show proves the industry really wants to be at the NEC in January! We've continued to listen to feedback and altered the timings of the show to later in the month, plus extended it over four days to include a Sunday opening."
