Italian manufacturer of machines and plants, Sacmi is all set to introduce its plastics top range machines at Chinaplas 2013 taking place from 20 to 23 May in China at the Import and Export Fair Complex, Pazhou, Guangzhou.
The company will display the CCM48, which is designed and developed by its Imola Closures & Containers Division, for the production of single-piece for CSD, mineral water, hot filling and cold aseptic filling (CAF) products.
According to the company, the machine, which can reach an output of 1,600 plastic caps per minute, will feature a mold for the production of S29W-3 high density polyethylene (HDPE) caps with a diameter of 29mm, weighing 1.25g.
Sacmi Closures & Containers, Sacmi Automation & Inspection Systems, Sacmi Hong Kong, Sacmi Nanhai, Sacmi Shanghai and Negri Bossi sales teams will also attend the event.
Sacmi Automation & Inspection will introduce the new CHS cap quality control vision system, developed to ensure a complete inspection of the cap, for installation downstream from compression and injection production lines.
Negri Bossi - a Sacmi Group company will introduce its comprehensive range of integrated molding and post-processing solutions at the show.
