Art Van Furniture has confirmed that it has secured 183,500 square feet of warehouse space here for its coming expansion into the Chicago market.
Kim Yost, CEO of the Warren, Mich.-based Top 100 company confirmed an online report by CoStar Group that it had had signed a five year lease for the space.
The retailer has said it plans to open four to six stores in greater Chicago this year, including its first one in the Southwest Chicago suburb of Orland, Park., Ill., this summer.
