American & Efird Inc. (A&E) — a Mount Holly, N.C.-based manufacturer and distributor of industrial and consumer sewing thread, embroidery thread and technical textiles — has licensed Textil El Amazonas S.A. — a Peru-based manufacturer of industrial and consumer sewing thread — to manufacture A&E's products and supply them to the Peruvian market.
