The Thank You company has confirmed it has plans to expand outside of Australia.
It will also be diversifying its product range.
The company is owned by a charitable trust and says after its costs are taken care, of it gives 100 per cent of its profits to charitable programs which provide food, water, health and sanitation programs globally.
After conducting a month-long fundraising campaign through crowd-funding, the company raised enough money to announce on 24 March 2016 that Thank You will soon be establishing an office in New Zealand. Once set up, the office will develop local products to help raise money for charity.
Within Australia, the company is about to start Thank You Baby, selling nappies and body care products.
Thank You sells a variety of products within Coles, Woolworths, 7-Eleven and other Australian stores. Its product range includes bottled water, muesli, cereal and muesli bars.
The AUD $1.2 million needed for the expansions was raised through sales of selling a book on the establishment and success of the Thank You company called ‘Chapter One’.
