After the America proposed the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation, the European Union put forward it into schedule too. Under this great pressure, Chinese PV manufacturer have no options but to take actions to the double investigation. Six Anhui-based PV enterprises had officially jointed the respondent group. To active respond, broaden the foreign market and focus on domestic market is the prime three way to survive from the investigation disaster.
Most of Anhui PV enterprises exported their products to European market. Once they lose this market, they will be hit hard. One of an Anhui-based PV enterprise found a solution. It built a joint-venture company in Italy. Since Italy is the member of European Union, according to the regulation, it is out of the scope of investigation. So, it perfectly avoided this disaster.
Besides establishing joint-venture enterprises, Anhui enterprises re-considered own problems. High-dependent on export to European market takes too much risk. They had to broaden other foreign market at the same time. South America, Southeast Asia, Russia is also their target market.
Apart the enterprises work hard to come up solutions; the nation also gives its policy support. On December 12, 2012, the state council lunched a series of policy to support PV industry.
