The indie retailer has been awarded the Bedfordshire Excellence in Customer Care Award.
Indie retailer Fairies n Frogs has added a further accolade to its burgeoning portfolio, scooping the Bedfordshire Excellence in Customer Care award.
Luan Hall and the team at the traditional toy store attended the Bedfordshire Excellence Awards at the Luton Aucton House Venue last week, where they received the coveted prize.
The toy retailer fought off stiff competition from other high street organisations, including dentists, accountants, decorators and solicitors, to win the accolade, the 12th to its name.
“We didn’t think we had an ounce of a chance of winning being a small business, but when they called out Fairies n Frogs as the winners, I just couldn’t believe my ears,” Hall told ToyNews.
“We have worked so hard, determined to be the best we can in the toy and games industry and our hard work had paid off.”
As a result of the award, Hall now reports that the Fairies n Frogs has seen a huge surge in customers visiting the store.
“Elated just doesn’t come close,” she concluded.
