According to incomplete statistics, there are 20, 000 tons seamless stainless steel pipe from China exports to EU in 2010, about 13% of China total seamless stainless steel pipe exports in this year. In addition, the EU will make a final decision within 6mouths. In that time, it will make a decision about whether the temporary anti- dumping duties transform into a final anti-dumping duties which will lasts 5 years. Although the anti-dumping tax is high, it has limited impact on domestic enterprises. Stainless steel industry researcher said: "Not only the amount of seamless stainless steel pipe is less, the products quality is far less than Japanese.
