Ravensburger will supply a line of licensed Bubble Guppies puzzles in the UK.
The company joins Fisher-Price, which is the master toy licensee for Viacom's pre-school brand.
The news comes as Channel 5 secures the rights to broadcast Bubble Guppies in the UK.
The animated TV series, currently airing on Nick Jr within the UK and Ireland, will launch on Channel 5's popular Milkshake segment from spring 2013.
