NXP Semiconductors has joined the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation in support of the deployment of NFC services.
The intention is to support the adoption of NFC technology in public administrations, transport operators and reader and card manufacturers.
NXP has an online resource centre in the framework of the Mobile World Capital Barcelona offering advanced technical training services, application and design support, project management and technological consulting in areas such as contactless and NFC application.
Contactless payment is the target
Launched by the GSMA, the Mobile World Capital Barcelona are supporting the emerging contactless payment cluster, working to improve the cooperation between companies, as well as to enhance awareness of new mobile technologies.
