Eltex of Sweden Has Selected Ibs as Its Strategic Partner to Build a ERP System

Eltex of Sweden, a leading manufacturer of stop-motion equipment for textile machines, has selected International Business Systems (IBS), a leading global integrated ERP and supply chain solutions provider, as its strategic partner to build a consolidated, global, integrated ERP system throughout the organization.

Eltex of Sweden, which has operations in Sweden, Ireland, and the US, will continue to invest in yarn supervision technology, and simultaneously look to diversify its portfolio into new areas such as temperature measuring systems for food handling.

The company will deploy IBS Enterprise and IBS Analytics across all businesses to address issues such as integration between different areas of the supply chain, reducing the amount of manual intervention and gaining transparency throughout enterprise-wide processes globally. IBS will host the solution for Eltex of Sweden in one of its dedicated data-centers, delivering a complete, reliable, and robust solution on the IBS Cloud, IBS reported.

Douglas Braun, CEO of IBS said, “We are delighted to announce this new partnership with Eltex of Sweden. Throughout the process, we worked closely with its team and listened to its concerns, adjusting our solution and methodology to best accommodate Eltex’s operational needs and business culture.”

Brian Hicks, managing director of Eltex of Sweden said, “IBS demonstrated a partnership approach and a level of responsiveness that made it the right choice for Eltex of Sweden. The rich, standard functionality of IBS Enterprise and Business Analytics, combined with its global organization and presence aligns well with our needs.”

For more than 50 years, Eltex of Sweden has been developing yarn sensors for textile machines. The company is continually investing in research and development to further strengthen its position as the leading company in yarn supervision.

For more than 35 years, IBS has helped its customers streamline, automate, and accelerate their distribution network processes, and drive profitability and efficiency. (GK)
