Fanzz, one of the largest licensed sports apparel and merchandise providers in the Western United States, has chosen Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for retail, by Junction Solutions, a leading provider of vertical market-specific on-premise and on-demand software applications and services for multi-channel retail sectors.
Fanzz has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for retail, including core financials, product management, purchasing, and retail point of sales (POS), among other applications. The sports retailer has selected Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to support its growth and standardize its POS and ERP systems on a single platform for integration with its retail stores, e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, warehousing and financials.
Fanzz will use Microsoft Dynamics AX for retail and retail POS to streamline its business processes across multiple channels and provide real-time 360-degree visibility and control in each process of the customer experience.
