Transformers: Robots in Disguise will debut on The Hub channel in spring next year.
Hasbro is releasing a new animated series based on its popular shape-shifting robot franchise, Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
The new series – produced by Hasbro Studios – will debut in The Hub channel in spring next year and will feature the voices of Darren Criss (Glee), Constance Zimmer (House of Cards) and Mitchell Whitfield (TMNT).
Taking place years after the Transformers Prime series, the new series will introduce a redesign of Bumblebee and introduce new Autobot characters: Sideswipe and Fixit.
Each new bot is a capable but inexperienced action hero. The new show will see Bumblebee become both a squad leader and coach, said Hasbro.
Transformers is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and Paramount's Transformers: Age of Extinction will hit cinemas on June 27.
