New Additions to The Pink Chillies Range of Elephant-Based Toys Have Been Unveiled

New additions to the Pink Chillies range of elephant-based toys have been unveiled.

The plush were shown off at Spring Fair 2013 and each supports Sussex Wildlife Trust.

Each character represents a cause, which benefits from a percentage of the character’s profits.

The new characters are Ervin (meaning “friend of the sea” in Olde English) and his best friend Kai the sea snail (Kai means “sea” in Hawaiian). Both represent UK seas and support Sussex Wildlife Trust's 'Living Seas' Marine work.

Yara (pictured, meaning “butterfly”) and her best friend Makshi (“honey bee”) represent butterflies and bees and the current threats facing them. These will also support Sussex Wildlife Trust's work.

The new Pink Chillies characters will be available at the end of June.

Suzanne Till, director at Pink Chillies, said: “We are delighted to introduce Ervin, Kai, Yara and Makshi.  They’re a fantastic addition to our family.

"Sussex Wildlife Trust is a brilliant charity local to us, so we’re thrilled to support them and the great work they do.”
