The online retail competition looks set to heat up this summer as the brand new online marketplace OnBuy launches in June.
The new marketplace hopes to rival the global success of companies such as Amazon and eBay.
The concept has been developed by 28 year-old founder of OnTop Media, Cas Paton (pictured) who - after assessing consumers reactions to amazon and eBay - combined the most successful aspects from both to present a new framework.
Developed by a team of web experts, OnBuy allows shoppers to search for a product, optimising their search with bespoke filters while presenting users with the best deals on offer on a range of products.
OnBuy will also offer sellers a new management service, requiring only product images and numbers. OnBuy will then take care of the uploading and inventory management.
