‘intelloCut’, a material planning and optimization software for sewn products industry (apparel / leather / inflatable / upholstery / footwear / home furnishing manufacturers/ technical textile etc.), developed by Threadsol Softwares, has been shortlisted for the Microsoft Bizspark Startup Challenge Regional Finals from New Delhi. intelloCut will present its business plan and demonstrate the software in front of the Jury on 1st June 2013.
Microsoft Bizspark Startup Challenge is one of the biggest platforms that recognizes inspiring entrepreneurial ideas in the field of technology. It is being organized in 10 different cities with a national grand finale in Bangalore.
First-of-its-kind in the world, intelloCut measures, predicts and optimizes material utilization and productivity and makes the sewn products industry lean, green, and sustainable by saving material upto 10%, improving cutting room productivity upto 30 % and reducing end bits upto 70%.
intelloCut completely automates the complex Cut Order Planning, Fabric Grouping and Roll Allocation problems for maximizing savings. It is deployed on the cloud and therefore highly available and extremely reliable. Besides, intelloCut has a comprehensive business intelligence reporting module that gives real-time statistics of the factory. This business intelligence module is also available as a mobile application that can run on any smart-phone and tablet. It also provides a rich multi-lingual user interface for ease of use.
