The new Horrible Histories toy range heads in to battle with a TV advertising campaign from Saturday, March 23rd.
For the first time ever, the popular history book series for children launches its new toy range, already voted 'Best New Boys' Toy' at the London Toy Fair 2013.
The range, based on the popular titles written by Terry Deary, comes with extensive marketing and PR support from toy licensee Worlds Apart.
With catapaulting pigs, Rotten Romans and Awesome Egyptians the toy developers present a range of Horrible Histories collectables to fight it out in the interactive Battle Arena.
An interactive toy website - www.horriblehistories.co.uk - featuring detailed product range pages, a collector's poster, gameplay tips, tricks and videos was launched on March 11th.
The website also includes the downloadable Rotten Rule Book.
Horrible Histories is also celebrating its 20th anniversary this year with new publishing titles and a fifth installment of the BAFTA award-winning TV series.
