Expandable Software, Inc., the provider of enterprise software that helps growing manufacturers operate best-in-class business operations, announced today the release of its Electronic Data Transmission module providing a platform for Expandable ERP customers to transmit order-to-invoice information electronically between multiple Expandable ERP-to-ERP sites or for translation to standard EDI documents for trading partner transactional exchanges.
Through a partnership with SPS Commerce, Expandable’s Electronic Data Transmission (EDT) module provides a scalable solution for companies to rapidly implement both import and export capabilities for data rich translation and mapping into standard EDI documents. Purchase orders, sales orders, shipment information and electronic invoicing are all supported with integration to the Expandable ERP database and secure SFTP transmission.

The product was developed in conjunction with Expandable customers who trade through high-volume retail chains that encourage the use of EDI transactions. Strength of Nature, a Georgia manufacturer of innovative hair care solutions is the first Expandable customer to implement the EDT module, working with SPS Commerce’s strategic EDI services to interface with key high-volume trading partners.
