China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000066) and Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000021) revealed that they have received notices from controlling shareholder Great Wall Technology Co., Ltd (Great Wall Tech and SEHK: 0074) and effective controller China Electronics Corporation (CEC), saying that CEC planned to restructure affiliated China Great Wall Computer Group Corporation (Great Wall Group) and Great Wall Tech, not involving injection, swap-out and restructuring of assets and may change controlling shareholder.
CEC holds the 100% stake in Great Wall Group, which in turn takes a 62.11% stake in Great Wall Tech.
