Personal and corporate consultancy Jelf Group has completed acquisition of Howell Shone Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the acquisition, Howell Shone will join Jelf Insurance Brokers, to bring insurance clients from across the Midlands and North West.
The company will continue operations from its current offices in Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Staffordshire, UK.
Howell Shone managing director Peter Shone ACII said, ''One of the many benefits provided through this acquisition is the enhanced services and additional offerings, including healthcare, employee benefits and commercial finance that will now be available to our clients.''
Jelf group chief executive Alex said the company is looking to collaborate with Howell Shone to introduce a menu of products and services that provide an integrated offering to address its wide customer base requirements.
Established in 1989, Jelf Group is a provider of a broad range of insurance, healthcare, financial planning and employee benefit services across the UK.
