iiNET chief Michael Malone believes Apple faces increasing pressure to release a bigger slice of the iPhone pie and that it will need to settle its acrimonious patent battles with its rivals.
He also believes the federal Attorney-General's attempts to broker an industry agreement to tackle online piracy will fail and that the issue will find itself in the hands of legislators.
