A senior executive of Samsung said on Monday at MWC that Samsung is not interested in the Mozilla Firefox operating system.
The industry have pointed out, this statement was not surprising, because Samsung has other mobile operating system to choose from. Samsung ranked the top in the Android market, its latest flagship smart phone Galaxy S4 would be released on March 14.In addition, the most obvious alternative operating system is the company's independent development of Tizen. Samsung plans to release first Taize operating system-based smart phones in July or August this year.
Firefox operating system has a number of smart phone manufacturer partners, such as Huawei, LG, ZTE and Alcatel and so on. In addition, the Spanish Venture Company Geeksphone is producing two models for Firefox developer.
