Z Trim Holdings, Inc., a bio-technology company providing value-added ingredients to a variety of industries, today announced the addition of Seth Cox as an independent consultant, to assist the technical sales staff in growing the company's successful food ingredient business.
Seth's resume includes experience as a Senior Bakery Technologist at Nestle? and Regional QA Manager at ConAgra Foods?, where he worked in formulation, scale-up, process design, food analysis and product development.
