Giorgio Pitzurra Stepped Back as CEO of Biesse on 20 July

Giorgio Pitzurra stepped back as CEO of Biesse on 20 July. The company claimed in two short notification statements that the resignation was due to differing opinions about the company strategy between Pitzurra and major shareholders. Pitzurra's tasks are to be reassigned to the remaining members of the top management on occasion of the next meeting of the Board of Directors on 3 August. Following Pitzurra's departure the Board of Directors still includes chairman Roberto Selci, Biesse's founder Giancarlo Selci, Alessandra Parpajola, Stefano Porcellini, Leone Sibani, Giampaolo Garattoni and Salvatore Giordano.
