Mitsubishi Motors Australia (MMAL) has launched the Mirage in ES, ES Sport and LS models in the home-market.
All the models are powered by 1.2L three-cylinder MIVEC engine paired to a five-speed manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT) that generates an output of 57kW at 6000rpm and 100Nm of torque at 4000rpm.
The ES and ES Sport models are claimed to offer mileage of 4.6L/100km with 109g/km of CO2 emissions, while the LS and LS CVT would provide 4.8L/100km and 4.9L/100km of mileage with 115g/km of emissions.
The car is 3,710mm long, 1,665m wide, 1,500mm high with turning radius of 4.6m and comes with halogen headlamps, 14inch alloy wheels, roof spoiler, four speakers and door sash blackout.
Mirage is equipped with six SRS airbags, ABS with electronic brakeforce distribution, active stability control and two Iso-Fix rear seat child restraints.
In addition the car features flat dashboard, centre panel, Black and ivory two-tone dash and door trims, Contoured front seats, folding down rear bench seat, front glove box, dashboard tray, centre console tray, front door pockets with bottle holder and boot space of 235-litres.
