Russia’s TMK, the biggest steel pipe supplier for the energy sector, reported cautious optimism on Tuesday as recovery of domestic demand in core pipe products.
TMK shows a loss of pipeline project sales but welded oil country tubular goods was bounced back in 2012 and would remain strong in the first half this year.
The company said it shows cautiously positive outlook for the current year meanwhile eyeing North America’s booming gas business.
