Metcash Trading Recalled Frozen Black and Gold Broccoli Florets in Australia

Metcash Trading has recalled frozen Black and Gold Broccoli Florets in Australia as the products may contain glass fragments, according to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).

The product associated with the recall is 500g Black and Gold Broccoli Florets with Best Before date 8 July 2014. This product features flexible opaque plastic bag with yellow and black artwork.

The recalled product, which is from China, has been distributed to IGA stores, FoodWorks and independent grocery stores across Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales , Queensland, Tasmania and Victoria.

Consumers who have bought this products are advised not to consume it and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumption of the products containing with glass fragments may cause injury.
