Motorola Laid Off 1,200 Employees

Following last year's job cuts worldwide, recently, in the mail, mobile Motorola announced that the company will lay off 1,200 people,acounting for 10% of the total number of employees. The job cuts will involve employees in the United States, China and India.

The layoff is to cut costs,and reduce sales decline. "We have no competitive advantage in the market and we’re at a loss." The e-mail said, "The cuts are part of a plan that we announced last year to reduce costs."
