StoneRiver, an insurance technology partner with solutions across multiple business lines, has signed a value-added reseller agreement to distribute PilotFish software and provide associated integration services.
The agreement will also support PilotFish products for enterprise-wide integration requirements.
StoneRiver signed an agreement earlier to integrate the PilotFish software with LifeSuite solution for new business and automated underwriting.
Commenting on the arrangement, StoneRiver Life Carrier Solutions senior vice president Jim Woodward said the combination allows creating of new interfaces between systems faster and efficiently.
It also allows passing on the cost savings to customers while freeing-up the company's resources to support an increasing number of clients, Woodward added.
StoneRiver provides technology solutions and services including front-office, policy, claim, rating, underwriting, billing, reinsurance, financial and compliance solutions to insurance carriers, agents and broker-dealers.
Established in 2001, PilotFish licenses middleware software to enable systems integration and interoperability for major business verticals including financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, human resources, insurance, and manufacturing.
