Taylor Tools has elected Gavin T. Daniels to the the position of president/CEO, succeeding his father, Jim Daniels, who will continue to function as the company's chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors also announced that Keith Papulski will continue to serve as general manager-operations and director of business development.
Gavin rejoins the company after several successful stints in sales and marketing management positions with Dell Computer Company (ten years) and, more recently, with Dymo, a division of Newell Rubbermaid Corporation in Atlanta. He began his business career with Taylor Tools and its then Industrial Products subsidiary serving in sales, marketing and finance functions.
Gavin is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in economics and liberal arts. In 2000, he received an MBA degree from the University of Virginia, Darden School, School of Business.
Gavin, wife Mindi, daughters Caroline, Payton and Lauren currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Taylor Tools is a Denver, manufacturer of professional floor covering tools and equipment including floor preparation, carpet/laminate/vinyl installation, moisture testing and material handling products.
