Hoare Lea Is to Relocate Its London Office to The Western Transit Shed

Hoare Lea is to relocate its London office to the Western Transit Shed in King's Cross in autumn 2012.

The award-winning engineering firm has agreed a 15-year lease with the King's Cross Central Limited Partnership for the 22,000 sq ft space.

The Western Transit Shed lies at the centre of the 67 acre King's Cross development,adjoining the Granary Complex–the new home of the University of the Arts London.

Hoare Lea is one of three organisations that have already signed up for office space at King's Cross and will be amongst the first office workers to move in.

Hoare Lea and developer Argent are working very closely on the details of the design for the building,ensuring that Hoare Lea's 165 London staff benefit from the move.
