Kiian Group — an Italy-based producer of specialty water-based inks for digital, textile and industrial applications — has opened a regional headquarters and production facility in Soddy Daisy, Tenn. Kiian USA will focus on expanding the company's digital business in North America as well as supporting growth in the Central and South American markets.
"The next phase of growth for Kiian is to develop our innovative ink business in the key global textile and signage markets," said Fabio Festorazzi, CEO, Kiian Group. "The establishment of a Kiian headquarters in Tennessee provides our business with a professional base in a strategically important market and one that will grow our business and improve the service that we provide to our customers."

Kiian USA marked its official opening on September 27 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
