Sustainable B3 packaging printer JR Press has launched the new Polar 78 ECO guillotine.
The new guillotine, sourced from Heidelberg, facilitates pre-cutting of boards and finished printed work into equal parts. It is easy to use, offers efficient programming functions as well as build quality, and also comes at a fair price.
JR Press owner Geoff Fone said the company is investing to keep its machinery current.
"What mattered most to us was the ease of use and programming functions along with build quality," Fone added.
"Price came in after that and, given that we wanted a premium product, we believe this offers fair value for money."
The Polar 78 ECO guillotine has been delivered to the new premises of the company located in Daventry. It operates flexible day shifts and is in par with the company's high quality and service standards.
