Global research and advisory firm Celent has appointed Jamie Macgregor as global senior vice president for the firm’s insurance practice.
Macgregor will replace Celent CEO Craig Weber, who has been serving in a dual role as the global senior vice president of insurance and the company's CEO.
Weber will serve as active contributor to Celent's research agenda.
Chuck Johnston will continue to drive the research agenda for Life and Annuities in North America, while Donald Light will continues to drive the research agenda for Property & Casualty.
Celent helps financial institutions formulate comprehensive business and technology strategies as well as reports identifying trends and best practices in financial services technology to enhance existing business processes or launch new business strategies.
The company will also provide strategic advice and market insights on a global basis with a team of internationally based analysts.
