Paperlinx chairman Harry Boon and two other non-executive directors of the troubled paper company have announced their resignation, effective 28 September.
Boon, Lyndsey Cattermole and Anthony Clarke have stepped down following a tumultuous year for the company, which has seen its chief executive depart and the sale of several overseas divisions as part of a major strategic review.
The company said it will announce the appointment of additional directors later this week.
Paperlinx investor Andrew Price, who earlier this year tried to unseat Boon as chairman, was appointed a non-executive director of Paperlinx on 1 September.
During his campaign for a board seat, Price told shareholders that Boon had been an integral board member during a time Paperlinx had performed poorly and management had made excuses "year after year".
