Sequential Brands Group Inc.,a licensing and branding company,announced that it has signed an agreement with Sunrise Brands,LLC,for the license of men's and women's apparel,and backpacks for its People's Liberation brand.The brand is known for its superior fits and silhouettes,combined with its unique back pocket designs,each style a version of the iconic People's Liberation star.

The brand will be launching with women's denim for Holiday 2012.The denim collection offers premium stretch-quality and wash features.Design-driven knits and wovens will soon be added to complement the denim collection,with a strong emphasis on graphics that will reflect the brand's DNA.Men's apparel,as well as a complete backpack and tote offering,will be introduced in subsequent seasons.
