1.5-billion-yuan funded Harbin Xinbei Optoelectronic Equipment Co.,Ltd has been set at Nangang Industrial Park in New industrial town in South Harbin.This new establishment is designed as a base for packaging,assembly and manufacturing of LED luminaires.This base boasts the first large LED industrialization base with LED core technology and complete packaging production line within three provinces of Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning in Northeast China.When it is completed in 2013 and achieves the designed capacity,it can deliver annual output of above 1.5 billion yuan.The total investment of 1.5 billion yuan is provided by both Xinbei Lighting Engineering Corp in Heilongjiang,which adopts LED as the core technology to develop related integrative products,and Taiwan-based Unity Opto Technology Co.,Ltd.
