Ms. Martell wanted to remain active after her retirement, so she started her own business

Ms. Martell retired in 2010 after serving a rural community for 26 years through the U.S. Postal Service. As postmaster, she was responsible for all post office duties, including receiving and sorting mail, serving customers, managing the routes, budgeting and accounting, and supervising five employees. She started at the Post Office as a clerk and retired a Postmaster. She attributes her success to her hard work and willingness to do what needs to be done to get the job done. She became involved in her online profession, after retiring from the U.S. Postal Service, because she wants to stay young at heart and active.
Ms. Martell completed coursework at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and continued to learn through self help and continuing education courses throughout her life. She is a former member of the Business Women's Association, St Joseph's Altar Society, and NAPUS. Ms. Martell hopes to help others achieve their dreams and be an inspirational presence online.
